Personal Jesus Story

I grew up in a Christian home. Over the years, my relationship with God has grown deeper. My “aha” moment came when I faced a life-changing challenge at the age of 40. I had to undergo heart surgery, and as a mother of three young children, I was scared and angry. I felt overwhelmed, but in the midst of fear, God gave me a peace I can’t explain. Trusting Him through that experience transformed my life, and I am passionate about helping others experience that same peace and trust in God.

Heaven Is True provides a powerful opportunity to reach people and share the Good News. I am excited to be a part of this incredible organization and continue spreading God’s love and peace.

Career Experience

I currently handle the accounting for Heaven Is True. My degree is in accounting and afforded me a job with Sprint for several years. After getting married and starting a family, I chose to be a stay-at-home mom, focusing on raising our three children. Throughout the years, I have maintained a strong connection to nonprofit work, especially through my volunteerism with Wellspring Living, a Christian-based nonprofit. I’ve spent the last 15 years mentoring participants, supporting them, planning events, and serving on their board.

Personal Touch

When I’m not working or volunteering, I cherish spending time with our family, especially our six grandchildren. I enjoy skiing, pickleball, long walks, travel with my husband, and we look forward to the weekends at the lake.
